Midwest Internet, Inc. is concerned with your privacy and through this statement discloses its privacy policies.

Midwest is the sole owner of information collected at its site. We only sell, share or rent this information in ways disclosed in this statement. Midwest collects the information from our users at several different points on the website.

In order to use Midwest's services, you are required to sign up as a Subscriber. During sign-up, we need to get your contact information (name, email address, etc.). This information is used to send invoices, to contact you about services and information you have expressed an interest in, provide updates to you on our services and policies, and notify you of special offers that Midwest has arranged.

Further, at your option, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily provide us with demographic information (income level, gender, etc.). We use this information as a reference to better serve your needs and interests. From time to time, we may also provide the opportunity for you to participate, voluntarily, in surveys or contests. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award contest prizes.

Payment information may also be requested from you. Here you must provide contact information (name, address, etc.) and any financial information for billing purposes (credit card number, expiration date, etc.).

If a Subscriber's personal information changes, they should make any necessary updates on-line by accessing our Member Services page at www.mw.net.

IP addresses are used to analyze trends, administer the site, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, and compile specific information for security purposes. Aggregated demographic information may be shared with our partners and advertisers. This information is not linked to personal information that could identify a Subscriber.

Credit card information is shared with the credit card processing company we contract for the sole purpose of billing Subscribers for services.

Midwest's web site contains links to other sites and we want our Subscribers to be aware that Midwest is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites. Please be aware of this when you leave Midwest's site.
